All orders placed before 2pm will be dispatched on the same day unless stated otherwise (this excludes public holidays, weekends and promotional events).
If your order is placed over a weekend, public holiday or after 2pm it will be processed and dispatched the following business day.
Please note operational hours are Monday to Friday. Any order placed after 2pm on a Thursday will be delivered on a Monday if DPD/UPS next day is selected. DPD Next Day is Monday to Friday only. Please contact us for any bespoke shipping requirements, Urgent or Saturday deliveries. We will always do our best to accommodate any shipping request.

MAINLAND UK

DPD guarenteed next day delivery - £7.49 (Saturdays not included)
All orders over £99 will receive free next day delivery if selected.
Please note that remote areas in the UK may incur a delay even if next day delivery was stated.
Tracking will be uploaded upon processing of the order, this will give an estimated time of arrival.

NORTHERN IRELAND

UPS Standard delivery - £9.99
All orders over £149 will receive free delivery.
Shipping time to Ireland usually takes 2 business days however delivery times can vary.
It is the buyers responsibility to pay any import charges if applicable.
Tracking will be uploaded upon processing of order, this will give an estimated time of arrival.

REPUBLIC OF IRELAND

UPS Standard delivery - £14.99.
All orders over £199 will receive free delivery.
Shipping time to the Republic of Ireland usually takes 2 business days however delivery times can vary.
It is the buyers responsibility to pay any import charges if applicable.
Tracking will be uploaded upon processing of order, this will give an estimated time of arrival.

INTERNATIONAL

UPS Worldwide Expedited - £34.99
All orders over £299 will receive free delivery.
It is the buyers responsibility to pay any import charges if applicable. Non payment of customs duty will incur additional returns charges, this will be deducted from your refund when returned.
Shipping time may vary depending on the country of destination. Tracking will be uploaded upon processing of order, this will give an estimated time of arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Goods are dispatched with independent couriers, once these have left our premises they are then under the control of the courier company.
We will endeavour to assist with tracking orders however there may be instances where orders are delayed due to transportation, weather or any other
unforeseen circumstances. In this event, The Secret Beauty Store LTD can not be held liable.

We hold the right to source the most economical method of shipping. This can be due to disruption in the area, weight/size of goods or any other contributing factor.
Please note if alternative couriers are used this will not affect delivery times.

Our main courier DPD, will not leave goods unattended and a signature is required upon receipt. We ask customers to ship to an occupied address in order to receive the goods.
If this is not possible, our courier will either reschedule delivery or leave at the local UPS collection point for a limited time. Tracking will be uploaded which will give an estimated time of arrival. The delivery may only be attempted once before being taken to a local UPS collection point.
If goods are not collected from a UPS collection point within the specified time frame and are returned to ourselves we hold the right to refund your order excluding shipping charges.
In order for the goods to be re-delivered shipping costs must be covered by a customer.

For any non deliveries or damaged goods, we must be contacted within the first 14 days of your expected delivery date. After this date we will be unable to process any claim. If you have any broken items or have not received a parcel please contact Sales@thesecretbeautystore.com as soon as possible so our team can assist straight away.

Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at The Secret Beauty Store Ltd. We take great pride in customer satisfaction and the quality of our products. Understanding that there may be times when you need to return something you’ve purchased from us, we’ve outlined our Returns Policy below:

30-Day Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of your purchase to return any unwanted items. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Returns

  1. Unwanted Items: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. Items returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be accepted.

  2. Damaged Items: Any items received damaged must be reported to us within 48 hours of receipt. Please send a detailed email to sales@thesecretbeautystore.com with photographic evidence of the damage. Upon receipt of the email, we will contact you to arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

  3. Hygiene and Safety: For hygiene and safety reasons, any used or opened items will not be eligible for a refund. We strictly adhere to these guidelines to ensure the safety and well-being of our customers.

Process for Returning Items

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at sales@thesecretbeautystore.com, indicating your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for our response. We will provide you with instructions on where to send your return.

  3. Pack your item securely, including the original receipt or proof of purchase along with the return. All items must be sent tracked for your protection and ours.

  4. Send your item to the address provided by our customer service team.

Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@thesecretbeautystore.com for instructions.
