Shade Guide:

How to Use:

1. Prep the brows with OKO Cloudy Foam 3-in-1 shampoo and pat dry.

2. Map and shape brows using your preferred technique.

3. Mix tint with H2O Cream Oxidant (1:1 to 1:3 ratio depending on desired depth).

4. Apply in thin layers, allowing each to absorb (6–15 minutes).

5. Remove with a damp cotton pad; do not wash off from brows.
